The application harnesses the power of social media and provides recruitment tools including a built-in job applicant tracking system which supports the human resources team as they seek potential employees for their business. The Simplicant application is able to organize the recruitment process starting for the identification of job candidates toe the interviewing and the hiring of qualified individuals. Users and organizations can broadcast recruitment opportunities through the use of social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
